What you'll do

Write and execute test plans and test cases for wireless features and systems.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or similar programming languages.
Analyze test results to identify issues, inconsistencies, or performance gaps.
Reproduce customer and system issues in controlled lab environments.
Set up and maintain testbeds and lab environments including routers, switches, and access points.
Debug and resolve system issues in coordination with development and platform teams.
Use AI-assisted tools like Copilot and Cursor to improve testing efficiency and automation.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Degree must be completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months.
Must have strong programming fundamentals, preferably in Python or a similar scripting language.
Must have a basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and routing.
Must possess strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
Must be curious and interested in using AI-enabled engineering practices and tools to improve productivity.
Exposure to networking devices through coursework, labs, or internships (preferred).
Familiarity with setting up small network environments and basic understanding of wireless technologies (preferred).
Certifications such as CCNA or currently working toward it (preferred).
