Software Product Manager - Factory Systems
The Software Product Manager - Factory Systems joins the ArsenalOS team to own multiple factory-touching platforms within the Connected Factory ecosystem. This role involves building products from the ground up, from initial vision through MVP and scaled adoption, to map the physical world to a digital one. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and oversee integration strategies between manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS. The core objective is to unify how work centers, tools, and assets are modeled to replace manual processes with purpose-built systems. Key responsibilities include defining requirements, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and leveraging AI and modern tooling for prototyping and intelligent workflows. You will solve the critical problem of closing the gap between digital models and physical reality in high-speed manufacturing environments to improve production line efficiency.
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory platform.
Build the product from initial vision through MVP development to full-scale adoption.
Integrate manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS into a unified operating environment.
Map physical assets like work centers and tools to digital models to automate manual processes.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping and create intelligent workflows.
Establish metrics to track business outcomes such as line changeover time and asset utilization.
Manage prioritization, scope, and execution quality for a cross-functional engineering team.
Drive user adoption to ensure manufacturing teams spend less time on software and more on hardware.
What we're looking for
4 to 7+ years of experience in product management building complex enterprise platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience taking new products from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Experience managing B2B platforms involving shared workflows and data exchange between multiple organizations.
Experience developing software that integrates with systems such as ERP, MES, AMS, or WMS.
Demonstrated ability to use AI/ML and modern tools to accelerate prototyping and product development.
Proven track record of owning products end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with engineers, operators, and executive stakeholders.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
