The Software Product Manager - Factory Systems will join the team to own multiple factory-touching platforms within ArsenalOS Connected Factory. This role involves building the Forge Factory product from the ground up, from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and data models to unify how locations, work centers, tools, and assets are modeled across warehouse management, manufacturing execution, and asset management systems. You will build software that maps the physical world to a digital one, replacing manual processes with purpose-built systems. Key responsibilities include defining integration strategies, leveraging AI and modern tooling for prototyping, and establishing metrics for production line reconfiguration. Required skills include experience with enterprise platforms, ERP, MES, AMS, and WMS integrations.
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory platform.
Build the Forge Factory product from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Integrate manufacturing systems with adjacent platforms like MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping and build intelligent workflows.
Establish metrics to track business outcomes like line changeover time and asset utilization.
Manage prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, and release planning for the engineering team.
Drive user adoption to ensure business teams and external partners effectively use the software.
Document decisions and create durable artifacts to align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
What we're looking for
4 to 7+ years of experience in product management building complex enterprise platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience building net-new products from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange.
Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, AMS, WMS, or internal data platforms.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development and prototyping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly with operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
Ability to work in-office full time and travel to operational sites as needed.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-complexity physical product environments (preferred).
Experience with multi-tenant platforms and systems serving internal users with differing access and workflow requirements (preferred).
Ability to rapidly produce mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes through design tools, AI, or code (preferred).
