What you'll do

Develop automation to deploy and manage on-premise compute resources.
Deploy and manage core infrastructure including databases, monitoring systems, and distributed storage.
Create highly scalable, maintainable software products in collaboration with engineering teams.
Improve the full lifecycle of services from initial design through deployment and refinement.
Invent tools and processes to enable fast and accurate development and deployment systems.
Provide comprehensive software validation across virtualized, hardware-in-the-loop, and on-orbit test platforms.
Perform monitoring and data analysis to support continuous integration and release systems.
Troubleshoot and integrate components across the entire Starlink technology stack.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, IT, or an engineering discipline.
1+ years of professional experience in systems administration, site reliability engineering, or DevOps (or 3+ years without a degree).
1+ years of professional experience with Linux operating systems.
Experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash and Python, and development experience in Python, C++, or C.
Strong networking knowledge of TCP/IP and understanding of virtualization and hypervisor technologies.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
