What you'll do

Develop automation to deploy and manage on-premise compute resources.
Deploy and manage core infrastructure including databases, monitoring systems, and distributed storage.
Create tools and processes to enable fast, accurate, and easy-to-use development and deployment systems.
Provide comprehensive software validation across virtualized, hardware-in-the-loop, and on-orbit test platforms.
Perform monitoring and data analysis in support of continuous integration and release systems.
Troubleshoot and integrate components across the entire Starlink technology stack.
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to increase developer velocity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, IT, or an engineering discipline.
1+ years of professional experience in systems administration, site reliability engineering, or DevOps (or 3+ years without a degree).
1+ years of professional experience with Linux operating systems.
Experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Bash, Python, C++, or C programming languages.
Strong networking knowledge of TCP/IP and understanding of virtualization and hypervisor technologies.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
