Software Engineering Technical Leader, CX Platform

What you'll do

• Lead the architectural vision for the CX Platform to integrate AI/ML capabilities across all services.
• Translate complex product requirements into high-performing system designs for the engineering organization.
• Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous technical design reviews to ensure code quality.
• Standardize CI/CD practices and security protocols across the full technology stack.
• Bridge the gap between AI/ML research and production-grade software systems.
• Drive consensus among senior engineers on critical architectural decisions and technical standards.
• Manage multi-quarter engineering roadmaps to deliver scalable, high-performing backend services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
• 8 years of professional engineering experience with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience designing and delivering full-stack applications in production environments.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or API-driven services into customer-facing products.
• Experience setting technical standards or architectural requirements for systems used by multiple engineering teams.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and applying secure development lifecycles like SAST/DAST.
• Experience leading technical design reviews and influencing architectural decisions through consensus across engineering groups.
• Preferred experience in distributed systems, AI/ML platform integration, and secure system design.
