What you'll do

Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency Java services for the CPQ platform.
Build distributed software systems to support multiple routes to market including direct sales and subscriptions.
Integrate commerce platforms with enterprise systems like billing, invoicing, tax, and supply chain.
Drive engineering excellence by implementing AI-assisted development practices and tools.
Participate in design and code reviews to improve system performance and reliability.
Develop reporting interfaces and data visualizations for business and partner users.
Create internal AI development accelerators such as prompt libraries and custom agents.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience building web applications and integrations.
Experience designing and implementing high-throughput, low-latency Java services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Experience building distributed systems with specific availability, latency, and scalability requirements.
Experience with CI/CD and container orchestration tools including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Spinnaker, and Docker.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies.
Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar agentic development tools.
Knowledge of analytics and AI/ML technologies, including RAG pipelines and semantic search.
