What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on advancing robotics real2Sim technologies.
  • Define, plan, and execute projects involving 3D reconstruction and digital twin creation.
  • Design and implement novel algorithms for Neural Reconstruction and Real2Sim applications.
  • Collaborate with Isaac teams to deploy and validate robot simulation tools.
  • Ensure effective integration and release of applied research efforts on NVIDIA’s robotics platforms.
  • Foster innovation and support deliverables such as open source software contributions and patents.

What we're looking for

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in robotics and deep learning technologies.
  • 3+ years of technical leadership or team management in robotics or related domains.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++; experience with Deep Learning frameworks.
  • Experience leading projects involving Neural Reconstruction and Generative Simulations.
  • Hands-on experience with robot simulation, sim-to-real transfer, and large-scale model training on GPU clusters.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
