Oversee product development to convert market requirements into technical specifications for container runtime.
Ensure robust high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability in CI/CD pipelines and observability practices.
Enforce security best practices and compliance standards for container images and runtimes.
Optimize cost efficiency through effective container orchestration and resource management.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience leading Container Platform Engineering teams in an agile environment.
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools, and public cloud providers.
Proven ability to build technical strategy and lead in a matrixed organization.
Strong background in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and DevOps tooling.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments integrating Kubernetes.
