What you'll do

Deploy high-performing, quality-assured, and bug-free code into production environments.
Execute unit tests on data populated in target containers to validate accuracy and results.
Coordinate with business users for User Acceptance Testing and with Operations for code deployment.
Adhere to change management stipulations and regulatory compliance requirements for production paths.
Participate in technical design, application build, configuration, and production deployment processes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues by providing workarounds or escalating to service owners.
Implement data integration solutions for multiple enterprise platforms using Oracle RDBMS and Snowflake.
Manage the delivery of critical product implementations and end-to-end infrastructure across technology stacks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8 years of experience in software engineering, IT, or tech management.
Proven experience in enterprise application architecture, development, and Agile delivery using SDLC processes.
Demonstrated expertise in Oracle RDBMS, Snowflake, ETL suites, and Middleware components like Application Servers and Messaging interfaces.
Proven experience in implementing data integration solutions and delivering solutions for reconciliations across multiple technology stacks.
Demonstrated skilled knowledge of different financial products and end-to-end infrastructure and platform management.
Established history of managing teams and driving delivery of critical product implementations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
