What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, backend services, APIs, and reusable platform components.
Build developer enablement solutions including CI/CD integrations, test automation, and release automation.
Develop AI-enabled solutions for code assistance, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and agentic frameworks.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
Improve the reliability, performance, and security of engineering platforms and services.
Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions while identifying risks and dependencies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
2 or more years of work experience (preferred).
Minimum two years of experience in technologies, software systems, application development, platform engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum two years of experience developing web-based applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, or service integrations (preferred).
Experience with AI-enabled software solutions, LLM integrations, AI-assisted workflows, automation, or agentic frameworks (preferred).
Experience debugging software, participating in code reviews, applying coding standards, and using developer tools (preferred).
Experience building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale frontend, backend, web, or platform services (preferred).
Experience with Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD, cloud services, databases, and observability tools (preferred).
