What you'll do

Design and implement automated processes to create pre-configured GitHub organizations for secure software delivery.
Configure repository settings and branch protections to align with SLSA Level 3 and NIST security standards.
Create and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows and pipeline components for common delivery scenarios.
Integrate code scanning, dependency scanning, and artifact signing into default development templates.
Develop tooling using Terraform, GitHub CLI, or APIs to provision and configure GitHub organizations at scale.
Automate compliance evidence collection for internal audits and external frameworks like SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
Mentor engineering teams on secure software development practices and delivery excellence.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience with software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
Experience with GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and pipeline security controls.
Experience with scripting and programming such as Python or Go for automation and tooling.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Knowledge of secure software supply chain principles, SLSA, SSDF, and NIST 800-218.
HS diploma or GED.
Experience in large regulated environments, GitHub Enterprise administration, or SBOM standards (preferred).
Secret clearance.
