What you'll do

Architect and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to handle high transaction volumes.

Build and optimize data infrastructure to ensure accurate reconciliation of all money movements.

Design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability for distributed systems.
Propose and implement improvements to the codebase, architecture, and internal development processes.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and the Spring framework.
3+ years of experience with React.
Experience with backend development including SQL/NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and synchronous/asynchronous communication.
Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable code following best practices like code reviews and continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them end-to-end.
