Software Engineer, Test and Validation

What you'll do

• Design and implement automated stress, performance, and stability tests for embedded systems.
• Develop and maintain ML-powered test automation frameworks and validation tools.
• Analyze validation data to build predictive models for early issue detection.
• Write and update problem reports including ML-assisted root cause analysis.
• Build large automated frameworks to gather thousands of test data iterations weekly.
• Identify risk areas and testing responses for hardware and firmware-centric risks.
• Manage day-to-day operations of existing automation running thousands of daily iterations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience involving machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Professional work experience testing embedded systems.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with hardware/firmware/software validation, integration, or testing methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with Claude code or other AI tools, MCPs and skills (preferred).
• Background in data science, machine learning, computer vision, or statistical data analysis (preferred).
