What we're looking for

Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
3+ years of experience working with programming languages including Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript.
Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Background in Physics, Mathematics, or Motion Planning for modeling and simulation (preferred).
Experience developing multi-agent autonomous systems and flight systems with safety critical functionality (preferred).
Knowledge of distributed communication networks, military tactics, or Air Defense systems (preferred).
