Senior Consultant Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Translate complex business challenges into engineering roadmaps, user requirements, and technical specifications.
• Lead the experimentation pipeline to evaluate new technologies, model types, and LLM-based features.
• Guide teams through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and scaled launches of AI-native capabilities.
• Recommend architectures, model integration patterns, and scalable design strategies for global platforms.
• Establish standards for responsible AI, including data quality, model testing, explainability, and governance.
• Analyze performance patterns and model behavior to implement systemic improvements and long-term enhancements.
• Mentor teams and develop best practices to elevate the organization's AI maturity and experimentation culture.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years of experience.
• Must have experience driving ML, data, cloud, or highly-distributed system products.
• Must have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, containers, Kubernetes, LLM APIs, vector databases, and real-time data systems.
• Must have experience shipping modern products with a focus on scalability, reliability, and measurable customer value.
• Must have experience working with Product, Engineering, Security, UX, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Must be able to work in an office setting at least 3 days per week.
• Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time.
• Expert-level skills in Python and/or NodeJS with skills in Java or C/C++ is a bonus (preferred).
