What you'll do

Design and support reusable components, interactions, frameworks, and SDKs for Snap Spectacles.

Write high-performance, scalable code with extensive unit and functional testing.
Participate in regular code and design reviews to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with design and product teams to shape and launch new features.
Build and maintain APIs and platforms for immersive augmented reality experiences.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience in one or more object-oriented languages like C++, Kotlin, or Java.
Experience delivering high-quality, performant, and scalable code with extensive unit and functional testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
7+ years of experience building and shipping high-performance code (preferred).
Experience with operating systems, resource-constrained devices, and 3D graphics (preferred).
Practice designing SDKs, APIs, and platforms (preferred).
