What you'll do

Document, contribute, and collect requirements for features and their individual components.
Design new subsystems or improve existing ones while ensuring they meet established technical requirements.
Estimate timelines and determine necessary resources to implement specific software designs.
Write and document code that adheres to the specified software design and quality standards.
Develop unit test plans, automated test suites, and test cases to ensure functional coverage.
Identify, investigate, and resolve anomalies within subsystems to produce a final product.
Lead the integration of various components by solving complex problems across different subsystems.
Maintain the integrity and performance of assigned software subsystems over time.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferred).
Experience with data structures and algorithms (preferred).
Knowledge of object-oriented designs and design patterns (preferred).
Direct experience with C++, C#, or other relevant programming languages (preferred).
Experience with the Industrial Automation industry (preferred).
Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab, Make, and Build systems (preferred).
Experience with AI-enabled tools, scripting languages, containerization, and relational databases (preferred).
