What you'll do

Develop end-to-end user-facing features for the compliance agent platform using Golang and React.

What we're looking for

Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications.
Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Golang, Python, or Java.
Experience with a frontend framework like React, Angular, or Vue.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with distributed systems concepts including caching, event-driven architectures, and API integrations.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
