What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8, 11, and 17 following SOLID principles and design patterns.

Build and maintain Groovy scripts and Python-based solutions for workflow automation, data processing, and ETL components.

Lead analytics and decisioning processes across business units while mentoring junior team members on technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, 11, and 17 development, including performance optimization and migration strategies.
Experience developing and maintaining Groovy scripts and Python applications for automation, integrations, and data processing.
Experience with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) such as Drools, Red Hat Decision Manager, or IBM ODM.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications using REST, SOAP, and message queues.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and API security standards like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
