What you'll do

Provide guidance and direction to the engineering team regarding technical standards and best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
Experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure systems on private clouds with security measures like oAuth2 and Spring Security.
Experience building and orchestrating containerized applications using Docker and Docker Compose.
Experience developing microservices using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot following best practices and design patterns.
Experience managing build processes with Maven, Junit, TDD, and Git version control.
Experience designing relational database schemas (Oracle), writing SQL/CQL queries, and managing Kafka messaging systems.
Experience monitoring performance with Dynatrace and Splunk, performing load testing with JMeter, and automating infrastructure as code.
