What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 6+ years of software development experience.
Master’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of software development experience.
PhD in a relevant technical field with 2+ years of software development experience.
Experience building large-scale production machine learning systems, distributed systems, or big data processing.
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, or Ray.
Experience working with ML Training platforms or optimizing AI model inference (preferred).
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe2, Spark ML, or scikit-learn (preferred).
