What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent years of practical work experience.
5+ years of post-Bachelor’s machine learning experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year of experience.
Experience developing machine learning models for ranking, recommendations, search, content understanding, image generation, or other relevant applications.
Strong understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline development while auditing for architectural integrity, performance, and security.
Ability to solve open ambiguous problems and work effectively with internal and external partners.
Advanced degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, Caffe2, PyTorch, Spark ML, scikit-learn, ranking infrastructures, and system design (preferred).
