What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Comprehensive experience and knowledge of ServiceNow.
Knowledge of technology monitoring and alerting tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic Search, and Grafana.
Experience with distributed infrastructure and storage technologies.
Coding and database experience.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application support, observability, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Release Management, Software Solutions, and UX Design (preferred).
