What you'll do

Lead the delivery of features and epics from planning through implementation for the collections technology modernization initiative.

Create and manage technical and procedural documentation required for project success.
Facilitate the resolution of complex technical problems and provide guidance to colleagues.
Review code, testing results, and documentation produced by team members.
Apply modern principles and methodologies to advance business capabilities and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Proficiency in Java is required.
Proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
Proficiency in Kafka is required.
Proficiency in Microservices is required.
Proficiency in Oracle and SQL is required.
Experience with application design, architecture, and the system development life cycle is preferred.
