As a Software Engineer III, you will join the team to design, build, and scale high-impact systems across backend services, automation frameworks, and GenAI-powered engineering tools. You will develop intelligent agents, workflows, and automation systems to improve engineering productivity, defect detection, and operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining high-scale backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines while building end-to-end automation frameworks for web and native mobile platforms. You will utilize Node.js, JavaScript, Python, Appium, TestCafe, XCUI Test, and Espresso within CI/CD pipelines and Git environments. This role addresses technical challenges within global eCommerce and Store ecosystems, focusing on system integration, debugging, and performance optimization to improve the software development lifecycle for large-scale retail applications.

What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
5+ years of experience in backend engineering, automation, or quality engineering.
Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation.
Experience with mobile/web automation frameworks such as Appium, TestCafe, XCUI Test, or Espresso.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area (preferred).
Experience building or integrating GenAI-powered applications, agents, or workflows (preferred).
Experience designing automation frameworks for Native, Web, or Backend platforms (preferred).
Experience with large-scale eCommerce, retail, or customer-facing systems (preferred).
