What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in modern fullstack development including Java, React, and TypeScript.
Experience with modern CSS techniques, frameworks, and mobile-first responsive design principles.
Ability to integrate APIs within the context of modern frontend applications.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and accuracy.
Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Familiarity with micro front-end architecture, AWS, design systems, and financial services technology (preferred).
