What you'll do

Design and develop software solutions for the Digital Channels Entitlements Administration platform.
Write secure, high-quality production code while participating in peer code reviews and debugging.
Improve operational stability by identifying and resolving recurring issues to streamline entitlement management.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and vendor solutions aligned with firmwide standards.
Develop and maintain REST APIs for the delivery of entitlement data.
Manage and query both SQL and NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
Implement observability and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system design, application development, and operational stability.
Experience with application modernization, new application development, and supporting business-critical applications.
Experience evaluating new technologies, developing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and collaborating with global teams.
Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST API development, OpenAPI/Swagger, and various SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and the ELK Stack.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with security/entitlements, payments/treasury, graph DBs, GraphQL, Python, React/Angular, or AI technologies (preferred).
