As a Software Engineer III within the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will join an agile group focused on designing, developing, and delivering secure, stable, and scalable software components for state-of-the-art technology products. You will execute technical solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting of multiple system components while analyzing large data sets to inform decision-making. Your daily work involves writing high-quality code, managing the full Software Development Life Cycle, and utilizing automation tools to improve value. What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in application development, testing, and operational stability using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, and JavaScript technologies.
Experience with testing automation tools.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile) and familiarity with Public Cloud platforms or event streaming platforms (preferred).
