What you'll do

Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Build modern web UIs using React and TypeScript following established design systems.
Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain complex algorithms.
Integrate AI coding tools to improve code quality, refactoring, and documentation.
Ensure all UI implementations comply with WCAG accessibility best practices.
Analyze large datasets to create visualizations and identify patterns for system improvements.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions beyond routine approaches.
Implement automated testing across the stack to ensure application stability and security.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications with full-stack expertise.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, troubleshoot, and refine outputs for security and performance.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, cloud technologies, and building automated tests across the stack (preferred).
