What you'll do

Write secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language with limited guidance.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot full-stack applications and agentic production data platforms.
Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor logic, and create unit tests.
Build autonomous agents and MCP servers to deliver specific product capabilities and business value.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify problems and support secure application development.
Manage the full software development life cycle using automation and CI/CD toolchains.
Troubleshoot technical problems and evaluate upstream and downstream system implications.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to code, test, troubleshoot, and validate outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
Proficiency in frontend technologies including React or Angular with TypeScript.
Proficiency in backend technologies including Python, Java, or Kotlin with REST or GraphQL.
Experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS for data engineering and platform needs.
Experience with containers, CI/CD, observability, and controlled release practices for platform engineering.
Proficiency in applied AI with LLMs, including Claude Code, RAG, embeddings, and agent tool calling.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus (preferred).
Experience in financial services, Wealth Management, data governance, or enterprise-hardening open-source software (preferred).
