Software Engineer II, Frontend

What you'll do

• Build and improve high-traffic consumer web experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain web experimentation, client-side tagging, and marketing technology integrations.
• Implement conversion tracking, analytics, and marketing APIs to measure consumer acquisition.
• Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
• Create and monitor metrics to support the operations and availability of team artifacts.
• Participate in on-call efforts and "keep the lights on" operational tasks.
• Provide feedback to other engineers through code reviews and debugging.
• Articulate technical constraints and risks to product management, design, and analytics teams.

What we're looking for

• You have a total of 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• You have experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• You have experience working with Javascript/Typescript.
• You have mastered translating business scenarios into solutions using clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
• You are comfortable navigating large code bases, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with a global engineering team.
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
