What you'll do

Design, implement, and deliver complex software projects for the experimentation platform.
Build reliable features in Go backend microservices and Go/Java core evaluation libraries.
Develop high-scale Tier 1 microservices processing over 10 million evaluations per second.
Use Cadence to orchestrate configuration updates in CRUD backend services.
Identify and fix software bugs to improve the reliability of production systems.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure system reliability.
Design and document architectural solutions for complex engineering problems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in an engineering related bootcamp.
2+ years of experience in professional software development, developing and deploying systems in production environments.
Proven skills writing efficient, clean code in Go, Java, or Python.
Ability to debug and fix software bugs in a production scale environment.
Experience with software engineering best practices.
Strong grasp of distributed-systems fundamentals including caching, sharding, consensus, fault tolerance, observability, and incident response.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document architectures and algorithms.
Advanced coursework or industry background in statistics, causal inference, or experimental design (preferred).
