As a Software Engineer II Associate - React/UI/Python within the Commercial & Community Banking team, you will serve as a seasoned member of an agile team designing and delivering stable, scalable technology products. What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
7+ years of experience in React (including hooks, state management, and component architecture) and Python.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for security and performance.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern ReactJS patterns with UI/UX design principles.
Experience in automation testing using React Testing Library, Jest, and Python frameworks like pytest or unittest.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD), application resiliency, and security.
Experience with React ecosystem tools (Redux, Context API, Next.js) and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI) (preferred); exposure to cloud technologies and AI/ML (preferred).
