Software Engineer, Full Stack, G&A Solutions Engineering

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Build responsive and accessible frontends using React, TypeScript, and component-driven design systems.
• Develop and maintain backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality and prevent regressions.
• Design domain models and API contracts that balance complex business rules with long-term platform health.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and privacy across high-stakes HR and payroll domains.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the full stack from browser rendering to database queries.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience building production systems spanning both backend and frontend.
• 3 years of professional experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, HTML5, and modern CSS/styling frameworks.
• 3 years of professional experience developing backend APIs and microservices using Java (Spring / Spring Boot) or Node.js/TypeScript.
• 3 years of professional experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience writing automated tests and using modern build/source control tools (preferred).
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility standards (preferred).
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems concepts (preferred).
