What you'll do

Design and document system architectures and write technical specifications for network software infrastructure.
Write and push production-ready code using Go and Rust to build egress connectivity features.
Develop automated tests and manage the full software development lifecycle for distributed systems.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams to translate product requirements into new platform capabilities.
Participate in an on-call rotation to monitor, maintain, and ensure the uptime of production systems.
Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and technical bugs within the egress team.
Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows to analyze codebases, inspect data, and accelerate problem-solving.

What we're looking for

Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience is preferred.
Experience owning the architecture of complex, distributed, production-critical systems end to end is preferred.
Programming experience in Go or Rust is preferred.
A solid grasp of networking protocols in Layers 3 and 4 of the OSI Model is preferred.
Knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and CDN networks is preferred.
Experience implementing secure and highly-available distributed systems is preferred.
Strong ability to debug issues in complex systems is preferred.
