What you'll do

Develop and manage applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and MCP Tools.
Build advanced AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.
Implement agentic frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain to enable business capabilities.
Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing AI-native solutions across enterprise ecosystems.
Develop scalable AI-driven test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright or Selenium.
Perform root cause analysis to solve complex production issues and implement fixes.

What we're looking for

Must have a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
Must have strong skills in Java, Python, Object-Oriented Programming, and frameworks for building scalable and distributed systems.
Must have experience with microservices, RESTful services, API management, and Apache Kafka.
Must have demonstrated experience in relational, in-memory, and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, and Snowflake.
Must have experience in Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration, and IDEs like Copilot or Cursor.
Must have a good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices and toolsets.
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with cloud services (Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS, or Azure), certifications, and supply chain domain experience (preferred).
