What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade software solutions for the Wealth Custody & Clearing platform.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations to support trading, onboarding, and reporting workflows.
  • Develop cloud-enabled, API-first solutions using modern engineering practices and secure coding standards.
  • Translate business requirements from stakeholders into high-quality technical solutions and architecture designs.
  • Manage integration initiatives with external fintech, custody, clearing, and market infrastructure providers.
  • Ensure all software meets strict requirements for performance, security, observability, and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to improve platform reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of software engineering, backend engineering, or application development experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with cloud-enabled development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases, NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, and observability tools.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployment is preferred.
  • Financial services experience in wealth management, brokerage, custody, clearing, or trading is preferred.
