Software Engineer, Authorization Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reliable, performant, and scalable authorization infrastructure including libraries, frameworks, and services.
• Develop comprehensive, easy-to-use, and policy-driven authorization solutions for internal teams.
• Analyze and understand the specific authorization needs of product and infrastructure teams.
• Provide access visibility tools to help resource owners manage risks of inappropriate access.
• Implement continuous policy governance to ensure compliance with legal and security standards.
• Partner with internal teams to adopt authorization platforms that protect sensitive user data.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of professional hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in the security domain.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to drive clear next steps in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex problems.
• High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude toward peer review.
• Experience in the authorization domain is preferred.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Ruby is preferred.
