Software Engineer, Associate, Enterprise Technology

What you'll do

• Manage and modernize physical security platforms including access control, visitor management, and video management systems.
• Develop integrations across internal and SaaS solutions using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Design and deploy automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Ensure data quality, normalization, and taxonomy alignment to support analytics and operational reporting.
• Design high-availability architectures, disaster recovery plans, and continuity runbooks for security systems.
• Align all systems and processes with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform-related incidents.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate new technologies and manage platform roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Software, Systems, or Platform Engineer delivering enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in API development, event-driven architecture, and data pipeline tools like Kafka or Splunk.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or PowerShell for automating workflows and system tasks.
• Experience with data modeling, normalization, and governance frameworks to support analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with identity platforms like Azure AD or Okta and authentication protocols such as SSO and SAML.
• Skills to design and maintain highly available Windows server environments for mission-critical business applications.
• Experience with local and cloud-based solutions and SaaS integrations.
• Hands-on experience with physical security technologies, financial services, or relevant certifications is preferred (preferred).
