Develop and execute automated API tests using Postman, Java, and Karate framework.
Conduct virtual testing of customer transactions with ATM simulation software for releases.
Analyze backend application logs to identify and resolve issues in production environments.
Perform manual testing on physical ATMs as required to support lab operations.
Track defects throughout their lifecycle using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Evaluate transactional screen flows to enhance usability and customer experience.
