What you'll do

Develop and execute automated API tests using Postman, Java, and the Karate framework.
Perform manual testing on physical ATMs within a lab environment to support software releases.
Execute virtual transaction testing using specialized ATM simulation software.
Analyze system logs using LogScale and Dynatrace to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage the full defect lifecycle by identifying, logging, and tracking bugs in Jira.
Evaluate transactional screen flows to provide feedback on user experience and usability.
Create test strategies and produce summary reports that comply with corporate standards.
Collaborate with the Virtual ATM Lead to develop and mature automated test cases using JavaScript.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience is required.
Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in API automation testing and manual testing on physical hardware is required.
Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes, including defect lifecycle management, is required.
Proficiency in using Jira to create, execute, and document test cases is required.
Ability to analyze logs using tools such as LogScale, Dynatrace, and Kibana is required.
Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Postman, and the Karate framework (preferred).
Experience leading or supporting projects with accountability for developing test documentation (preferred).
