What you'll do

Design, develop, and enhance software for ground systems and real-time space mission capabilities.
Modernize legacy components and architect new mission-focused capabilities to improve performance and resilience.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Manage version control workflows and branching strategies using Git.
Deploy and manage container technologies such as Docker or ECS.
Program solutions using Java, Python, or Bash.
Implement secure software development practices, including IAM, secrets management, and cloud security principles.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in DevSecOps with a major Cloud Service Provider within the government.
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Experience with version control tools including Git, branching strategies, and workflow management.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker or ECS.
Experience with RHEL.
Experience programming in Java, Python, or Bash.
Knowledge of aws-cli, azure-cli, secure software development, IAM, secrets management, and cloud security principles.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Experience with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Experience with Jenkins or GitLab administration, including developing custom pipeline configurations on self-hosted infrastructure (preferred).
Knowledge of Microservice architectures, Cloud Native stacks like Kubernetes or OpenShift, or AWS Lambda functions (preferred).
Knowledge of developing an enterprise level CI/CD pipeline from development to production (preferred).
Master's degree (preferred).
AWS Solution Architecture, Azure Architecture, or AWS Certified Developer Associate Certification (preferred).
