Software Engineer Advisor

What you'll do

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software programs for new products and enhancements.
• Manage the full development lifecycle for complex system concepts.
• Build and scale LLM applications and autonomous agents using LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or ReAct loops.
• Develop and deploy high-throughput microservices and REST APIs using Java Spring Boot on Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement advanced RAG techniques, including vector databases, chunking strategies, and hybrid search.
• Build production evaluation pipelines to measure hallucination, precision, and latency.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and internal ERP/CRM systems.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members in their professional development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Four years of experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years building LLM apps and autonomous agents with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or ReAct loops (preferred).
• 2+ years deploying and scaling on GCP using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL (preferred).
• Experience with modern UI frameworks and migrating legacy .NET/Java architectures to cloud setups (preferred).
• Expertise in Advanced RAG, vector databases, and optimizing SQL queries for cloud migrations (preferred).
• Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Machine Learning Engineer (preferred).
