What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Python or Java.

Contribute high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and frontend (React/TypeScript) systems.
Develop AI-powered features using Large Language Models and agentic workflows to improve analysis.
Create and maintain data pipelines that power automated code analysis and modeling tools.
Participate in technical design reviews and perform peer code reviews to ensure high quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of commercial software development experience.
Must be proficient in Python and/or Java.
Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance APIs and backend services is required.
Must have a solid understanding of relational data modeling, SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
Must have a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space complexity.
Experience with React and TypeScript or the ability to work across the full stack is required.
A degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
