What you'll do

Develop and maintain customer-facing features for the MongoDB Atlas platform using TypeScript and React.
Write readable, well-tested code to implement new product features and improvements.
Author technical specification documents and scope requirements for assigned projects.
Lead small working groups of engineers to execute specific project goals.
Participate in active code and document reviews to ensure quality.
Identify feature improvements with product management and drive them to completion.
Triage support requests and alerts while participating in a group-wide on-call rotation.

What we're looking for

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with a modern framework like React.
Proficiency in Java, Go, C++/C, or a similar compiled language (preferred).
Experience writing database queries for document-based or relational databases.
Experience writing and reviewing technical specs and leading small projects.
Interest in A/B testing or product design.
Ability to work from the Dublin office for a hybrid model.
