Software Engineer 2

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including real-time systems and processing-intensive analytics.
• Design and code new software features or modify existing code to improve performance and adapt to new hardware.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design, performance requirements, and system flow.
• Debug existing software, resolve problem reports, and correct defects.
• Develop and implement complex algorithms and database interfaces to meet strict timing and resource constraints.
• Build and deploy applications using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, and DevOps tools like Docker and Terraform.
• Create and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Write and review software documentation and test procedures to ensure adherence to design requirements.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma with 18 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.
• Active and current TS/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Develop applications using C, C++, C#, Java, and Python for Windows or UNIX environments.
• Build and deploy technologies using Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements (preferred).
• Knowledge of CNO development concepts (preferred).
