What you'll do

Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered agent tooling and intelligent automation for customer support.
Drive technical architecture decisions to build scalable, reliable infrastructure serving millions of global customers.
Hire, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of software engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Develop strategic plans for team growth from both a service and organizational perspective.
Partner with product managers and UX designers to create AI-first support experiences.
Establish engineering best practices and maintain high standards during rapid innovation cycles.
Build greenfield systems from scratch that operate at global scale.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, or a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder).
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and livesite operations.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
