Software Development Engineer - Test

What you'll do

• Build and maintain testing pipelines and frameworks to enable automated tests at scale across various device types.
• Design infrastructure to support automated test execution for a wide range of consumer and professional applications.
• Develop backend tooling and services to identify patterns and root causes from automated test results.
• Translate complex, cross-functional requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable engineering solutions.
• Manage projects from initial concept through delivery while coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers to support their technical growth and improve the team's overall engineering standards.
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices to enhance software quality and accelerate project delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience as a software developer delivering production-quality tooling or infrastructure.
• 3+ years of Python development including object-oriented design and scalable codebase management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one other programming language, preferably Scala or Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and tools such as Jenkins for pipeline configuration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and techniques to deliver high-quality software.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
• Proven ability to gather cross-functional requirements and author thorough technical specifications.
