What you'll do

Design and deliver a scalable, high-throughput, and low-latency network architecture.
Implement Routing and Forwarding, Traffic Engineering, and SDN technologies for broadband services.
Develop routing control plane software for network nodes using C and Rust.
Build highly-available software to drive networking control plane operations on physical and remote nodes.
Define and automate processes for software development, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Provide operational excellence for control plane services by refining operational processes and tools.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Experience developing routing control plane software in C and Rust.
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
