What you'll do

Design and maintain scalable multi-tenant systems to support diverse enterprise workloads.
Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from architectural design through deployment and monitoring.
Optimize high-throughput, mission-critical services for reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotations to diagnose root causes and resolve production incidents.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement preventive measures to improve system resilience.
Establish observability practices and refine operational excellence standards across the platform.
Develop infrastructure for GenAI, machine learning, and big data processing at scale.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in at least one systems programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
Expertise in distributed systems architecture including reliability, scalability, and containerization principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and data processing infrastructure like Kubernetes, Spark, Flink, Ray, or Trino.
7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering managing distributed systems at scale.
Experience diagnosing complex production incidents and performance bottlenecks in large-scale environments.
Familiarity with open source codebases and the ability to explain complex system implementations.
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Flink, Iceberg) and ML/AI platforms (Ray, MLflow).
