What you'll do

Build production-grade automated test suites in Python and Swift for iOS and macOS features.
Own the end-to-end UI automation infrastructure using XCUITest and XUI frameworks.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions before human review.
Define coverage models, risk tiers, and quality gates to inform release decisions.
Perform root cause analysis on triage findings to implement systemic automation improvements.
Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, including GenAI-assisted test generation and prompt engineering.
Execute manual functional testing for complex user workflows and features not yet automated.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in SDET, QA automation, or software engineering with a testing focus.
Advanced proficiency in Python and Swift for building automated test frameworks and tooling.
Practical command of the full SDLC with experience embedding quality gates at multiple phases.
Proven track record designing multi-layered test strategies including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory methodologies.
Direct experience building UI automation with XCUITest or XUI frameworks against Apple platform targets.
Demonstrated ability to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines as living infrastructure.
Experience applying LLMs, GenAI tooling, or prompt engineering techniques to test generation and failure analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent depth of industry experience.
Shipped quality automation across both iOS and macOS platforms (preferred).
Experience with performance, accessibility, or localization validation (preferred).
Familiarity with photo/video editing applications or media-processing workflows (preferred).
